  Museum, will be filled with camper vans, all of which will be ‘blin
 ged’ with fairy lights and Christmas decorations. When the City’s 
 Christmas lights are switched on at approximately 4pm, all of the camp
 ers will also switch on their decorative lights to form a glittering d
