 ised by a dedicated team of Children's Trust staff and 6 volunteers wi
 th serious industry connections and some real drive to build the best 
 automotive event in the country. And, of course, to make a difference 
 by raising much needed funds for The Children's Trust. \nWe all work 
 very hard for 9 months to bring this event together. Coordinated by Ru
 th, the events manager at TCT, we put the hours in, make the calls and
  brainstorm almost constantly.\nThe smiles on everyone's faces and the
  money we raise on the day means there's no time for sitting around. W
 e need to make it better year on year. The best thing is that we're no
 t alone: the number of people asking us what they can do to help incre
 ases every year. We never say no - the more the merrier as far as we'r
 e concerned, and help they do. We couldn't do it without any of you.\n
 This event has grown from an idea to something that mobilises hundreds
  of people to help entertain thousands more and raise funds to care fo
 r those who aren't as lucky as we are.\nEvery penny raised goes straig
 ht to the charity, so no red tape costs, no admin charges, the volunte
 ers really do volunteer and the drivers expend a couple of tanks of fu
 el, a set of tyres and who knows what else in the name of giving every
 one the best experience they can.\nSo, if you haven’t visited the ev
