Hundreds of classic vehicles will be heading for Old Warden, near Biggleswade in Bedfordshire, on Easter Sunday, 31st March 2013, to take part in the Classic Rally and Autojumble Show organised by Gemini Events. The show is being held on the aerodrome of the historic and world-famous Shuttleworth Collection of vintage cars, aeroplanes, cycles and steam engines.
The show will feature a huge selection of trade and autojumble stands, craft stalls, and play centre for the children, meaning that there will be something on site to entertain all family. During the day the Old Warden Model Club will be putting on two flying displays and will be on hand to chat about their hobby.
The event is also an ideal opportunity for enthusiasts to spring clean their garage or workshop as the ever popular Trunk Trader plots will be available. Just turn up on the day from 8am, pay £10 for a boot sale sized pitch, and cash in on all your unwanted items.
Judges will be on site all day looking for class winners and 'Car of the Show' and all qualifying vehicles will be entered into a draw to win a place on this year's London to Brighton Classic or Kit & Sports Car Run on 2nd June. Prize giving takes place at 4pm.
Pre-booked entry for classic vehicles is just a £3 administration charge - with entrants receiving a commemorative classic rally tax disc - whilst public admission on the day is £8 per person. Accompanied children under 16 are free of charge and gates open at 10am.

As he became famous with the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, we have few hints on his growing interest in classy cars. He and his wife Nancy…

Twenty-thirteen has been an eventful year for the automotive world. We've seen birthdays: The iconic Porsche 911 hit 50, and Aston Martin has made it to 100.
Many interesting cars have been released, from the nippy Ford Fiesta ST, through the breathtaking Jaguar F Type range, right through to the next generation of hypercars. Mclaren, Ferrari and Porsche have proven that a hybrid is no longer the exclusive preserve of the eco-hatchbacks, whilst setting blisteringly fast Nurburgring…
