A GREAT DAY OUT FOR THE FAMILY

Cars, Boats, Motor-Bikes, Scooters, Bicycles, Food,Drink,Fun,Entertainment,Music, Trips,Parades, Crafts, Jumble

What are we looking for on a Summer Sunday ? A day out the whole family can enjoy of course.. For petrol heads there will be 300+ vehicles on the May Queen Field from Very Very Vintage to Outrageously American . For model lovers there will be some amazing railway layouts recreating whole villages and industrial settings. And of course there is the canal. This historic waterway - the first purpose built navigable waterway of any length in the country - will come alive to the sights and sounds of the old boats that used to ply their trade trade from Preston Brook to Worsley and beyond. Step aboard and learn all  about life on the canal.

Ride a vintage double-decker  bus into the heart of this picturesque village, take a trip along the canal, mooch around the stalls and local shops for bargains  crafts and quality goods.  

Bring a picnic if you like but there will be plenty on offer to tempt you. Hog Roast, Venison Burgers, Veggie treats,  Farm foods and Ice Cream
